Holiday Flag Service for Cortina in Queen Creek

Where

If you live in the Cortina community sub-division in Queen Creek, Arizona (map below) the Scouts from Troop 50 can deliver an American flag to your home patriotic federal holidays.

Don’t live in Cortina

When

The flags will go up at sunrise and will be taken down at sunset. The flag will not be up at night.

Procedure

After sunrise, Scouts in uniform will place a flag in your yard three feet from the sidewalk. Metal rebar will be used to hold the flag in placed. The metal rebar will be removed along with the flag pole at sunset. No permanent hold will be left in your yard.
